On 15th June 2016, the Ministère de l’Education Nationale, represented by Mr Hervé Tilly (sous-directeur des affaires européennes et multilatérales, délégation aux relations européennes et internationales et à la coopération), and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), represented by Michael O’Sullivan (Chief Executive), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (Protocole d’accord) at the Lycée International de Saint Germain-en-Laye. The landmark agreement sets out the roles of the Education Nationale, CIE and ASIBA in the organisation and development of the qualification and establishes the framework for future cooperation.
